The Compassionate Care Veterinary Clinic's goal is to provide the best medical care for your pet and families needs and to make sure you feel informed about and comfortable with the health care decisions that need to be made during your pet's lifetime. Our goal is to treat the caretaker with respect, make sure he or she is well informed about their pet's health care, and treat your pet the way we would want our own treated in a medical crisis.
In order to provide that level of customer service, our costs may seem more than other clinics. Please know that our goal is to provide affordable, but not cheap, medical care.
In order to help with costs, we do provide certain discounts to make health care for your pet a little more reasonable. To be fair, these discounts are provided to help those who are doing their best to help their pets. These discounts are provided only to clients in good standing, with pets that are current on vaccines, and who have no failed appointments or uncollected accounts.
MULTI-PET DISCOUNT:
A 10 % discount to all families with 3 or more pets that are up to date on their vaccines and seen at least once a year for an physical exam.
SENIOR DISCOUNT:
We also provide seniors with a 10% discount on services. Please don't be insulted if we ask if you qualify, we just don't want to miss giving the discount to anyone who is eligible.
RESCUED PET DISCOUNT:
If you are kind enough to adopt a pet from a shelter or rescue organization, the clinic offers a 20% discount on services for the first 6 months after adoption. This discount applies to any service provided to your new family member during that 6 month period, and includes care for illness or trauma. We understand that adopting an older or sick pet is a sacrifice, and we want to reward your compassion by making their care a little more affordable during that first 6 months.
For clients in good standing, certain billing options are available, otherwise we do have to ask that payment be due at the time the services are provided. We do accept MC, Visa, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, checks and cash. We also ask that if you schedule an appointment that you can no longer make, to call and cancel, as there may be other pet's waiting for that appointment.
If you ever feel that you have not been treated well by the staff, or have received sub - par veterinary care, please contact the hospital manager or owner, Dr. Farrington. We can not address problems we are unaware of.
Thank you for making us part of your veterinary family.
