RESPONSIBLE ADOPTION

Bringing a new pet into the home can be the most rewarding or the most heartbreaking event in a families life. One of the most common questions we are asked is “Where should I go to get a new dog or a new cat?” Unfortunately, there is no easy answer. What you need to do when it comes time to adding a new four legged family member is your homework. Click below to read about how to get the best pet for your family. See the links below for good places to look for adoptions.

Save a Life, Adopt a Pet

While the Compassionate Care Veterinary Clinic does not adopt out pets, we strive to put families looking for pets together with animals in need of good homes.  If you or your organization has a special animal that needs a special home, please send us a picture in JPEG form along with a short bio of the pet.

If you are looking for a new family member, send us an email, and we will try and get you in touch with an appropriate organization to aid in the adoption process.
